Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No diagnostic fees, no shop supplies, no environmental fees. Travel within our service area is included. Outside the service area may incur a mileage surcharge (quoted upfront).

What if you can't find the problem?

Our 'Fixed or Free' guarantee: if we cannot identify the root cause of your reported symptom, you don't pay. We've maintained a 97% first-visit diagnosis rate since 2021.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer 0% financing through Affirm for services over $200. Split into 3-12 monthly payments with no interest. Fleet accounts can be invoiced Net-30.

What's included in the digital report?

Every report includes: vehicle info, customer complaint, symptoms, diagnostic process, all scan data, DTCs with descriptions, live data snapshots, electrical test results, root cause analysis, prioritized repair path with complexity ratings, parts list with OEM/aftermarket options, supporting photos, and technician notes.

Can I use the report at any repair shop?

Absolutely. The report is yours to use however you want. Take it to any independent shop, dealership, or use it for DIY repairs. We even include a QR code shops can scan to view the full report online.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm financing, and invoicing for fleet/shop accounts. Payment is collected after the diagnostic is complete and you've reviewed the findings.
