1. Service Description

Glass Box Diagnostics provides mobile vehicle diagnostic services. We diagnose vehicle issues and provide detailed reports. We do not perform repairs unless explicitly agreed upon.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Appointments can be booked online. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a fee.

3. Diagnostic Reports

Reports are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we recommend independent verification of critical findings. Reports are not a substitute for professional mechanical inspection.

4. Limitation of Liability

Glass Box Diagnostics is not liable for damages resulting from reliance on diagnostic reports. Our liability is limited to the cost of the diagnostic service provided.
